I’m 5'9", so most dresses hit me in a awkward spot, but this one was actually long enough. It fit my hips nicely too without pulling or feeling tight. Happy with it overall

"Good discounts, but come on"
I was actually happy with the discounts at first and found a few decent deals. Then I checked the prices on some other items and suddenly I was like, wait, seriously? Some stuff still felt more expensive than it should’ve been

"So many cute options"
I was surprised by how many different styles BloomChic has. Some of the dresses are super casual, and some are more for work, or actually, even for going out too. There are tons of colors, which I really liked because it doesn’t all feel like the same basic stuff. It took me forever to decide what to buy lol, but I’m really happy with the variety.

"Washed Better Than I Expected"
I’ll admit I was a little nervous washing this dress because I usually assume dresses like this are going to shrink or fade after the first wash. I used cold water and hung it up to dry, and it actually came out looking really good. No weird shrinking, no fading, and the fabric still feels soft. I was happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

"Pretty happy with my order"
I grabbed two tops from the site because I needed a couple of easy things to wear, and I was a little unsure how they’d look in person since colors online can be hit or miss. The fit and overall look were nice, and after checking them in different lighting, the colors were pretty much the same as the photos. The green one might be just a tiny bit darker, but not enough to bother me at all. Overall, I’m happy with them.

"Comfy and worth it"
The fabric feels really nice and soft. It’s a little on the thin side, but it’s still super comfy, so I’d say it’s a good buy for the price.

"Surprisingly Normal Delivery"
After reading a bunch of mixed reviews online, I was fully prepared for my Bloomchic order to vanish into the void or arrive looking like it had been through battle. But, shockingly, it just... showed up when they said it would. Tracking updated like it was supposed to, the package was fine, and everything was uneventful. Truly scandalous. Nothing fancy, just a smooth, normal delivery, which is all I wanted. I’d order again

"The return was easier than I expected"
I ordered a dress last week and when it arrived a few days later, the fit just wasn’t quite right on me. I was expecting the return to be a hassle, but by that afternoon I had already gone through the instructions and printed the label without any issues. I dropped it off the next day, and the refund showed up a few days after that. It wasn’t instant, but it felt normal. I was a little nervous about ordering clothes online, but after this experience, I’d feel comfortable shopping here again.

"Super comfy and fits just right"
I put it on and was like yep, this is a keeper. It’s super comfy, fits me really well, and I didn’t have to keep adjusting it or thinking about it, which is always a good sign. Just an easy, comfortable fit all around.

I ordered from BloomChic after a friend recommended them, and overall it was an okay experience. I ended up needing to contact customer service about a shipping update. They did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I was expecting and I had to send a follow-up. The reply was polite and they helped me in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the fastest. I’d probably consider ordering again, but I do hope their support gets a little quicker.

"Pretty good selection overall"
I usually have a specific standard for what I’m looking for, and for the most part they had most things in stock. The only downside is that some of the popular colors seem to sell out quickly, so you kind of have to grab them when you see them.

"Soft and Comfortable All Day"
I was actually surprised by how soft the fabric felt when it arrived. I figured it should be comfortable if I’m going to wear it all day, and thankfully it wasn’t scratchy or thin like I was worried it might be. I wore it for hours and it stayed comfy the whole time. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Pretty Smooth Delivery Overall"
I gave it 4 stars because, i’m kind of exhausted from dealing with deliveries and tracking these days, so I was just hoping this wouldn’t turn into another hassle. Thankfully, my order showed up faster than I expected. The tracking updated fine, and the package arrived in good shape. It wasn’t next-day fast or anything, but for the price, it was solid.

I reached out to bloomchic customer service because I was second-guessing the size I picked for my order, and I was a little worried I’d messed it up. At first I got kind of impatient because the reply took longer than I expected, but once they got back to me, I felt a lot better. The person helping me was really nice and explained my options in a simple way without making it more confusing. I went from annoyed to relieved quickly. Overall, it ended up being a good experience.
